For your convenience, you may fill out the electronic form below to secure your dinner meeting pre-reservation in advance of mailing in your printed, completed reservation form and payment. Contact Barbara Brown at (520) 625-8066 to make alternate arrangements, otherwise your completed form and payment are due one week prior to each dinner meeting date. Dinner selections, cost, date, location, reservation deadline, and where to mail completed form & payment are detailed on the «Reservation Form». (* = required)
